By accessing or using the 365 Home Office provides website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Sites and Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use.
 
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use the Sites and Services.
 
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Sites and Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use, as well as any additional agreements, rules, or policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users, including service providers, customers, and visitors.

5. Registration

9. Fees and Payments
Certain services on 365 Home Office may require subscription fees or payments. All fees are as posted on the Sites. You authorize 365 Home Officeto process payments on your behalf and agree to comply with applicable payment terms. Refunds, if any, are subject to 365 Home Office policies.
 
10. Termination
365 Home Office may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Sites and Services.
