365 Home Office provides an online platform that allows service providers to connect with customers seeking home services, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical work, home cleaning, remodeling, landscaping, and private driving (“Services”). By accessing or using the 365 Home Office provides website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Sites and Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use.
 
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use the Sites and Services.
 
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Sites and Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use, as well as any additional agreements, rules, or policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users, including service providers, customers, and visitors.
 
2. Modifications to Terms
365 Home Office may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on the Sites and Services. Updates are effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated. 4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
 
Violate laws, regulations, or the rights of others.
 
Submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, offensive, or infringes intellectual property.
 
Use the Sites or Services for advertising, spam, or solicitation outside of the intended platform functionality.
 
Impersonate others or misrepresent your relationship with 365 Home Office.
 
Post reviews, ratings, or other content for Service Providers unless based on your actual first-hand experience.
 
Submit content for which you do not have legal authority to disclose.
 
Exploit the platform to gain unfair advantage over other users.
 
Users under 18 may not use the Sites or Services.
 
5. Registration
Some features of the Sites and Services require registration. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
 
6. Submitting Content
By submitting reviews, ratings, or other content (“User Content”), you grant 365 Home Office a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works from your User Content. You represent that you have the legal right to post the content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
 
365 Home Office may, at its discretion, remove or refuse to display any User Content.

365 Home Office is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or reliability of User Content or content submitted by Service Providers. You agree that your use of any content, including reviews and ratings, is at your own risk. 365 Home Office may establish limits on usage, content retention, and access.
 
8. Service Providers
365 Home Office is a platform connecting customers and service providers. 365 Home Office does not endorse or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any services offered. Any agreements, transactions, or disputes between customers and service providers are solely between those parties. 365 Home Office is not liable for any loss or damage arising from such interactions.
 
9. Fees and Payments
Certain services on 365 Home Office may require subscription fees or payments. All fees are as posted on the Sites. You authorize 365 Home Officeto process payments on your behalf and agree to comply with applicable payment terms. Refunds, if any, are subject to 365 Home Office policies.
 
10. Termination
365 Home Office may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Sites and Services. Provisions intended to survive termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and indemnification, remain in effect.
 
11. Trademarks and Copyrights
All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and software on the Sites are the property of 365 Home Office or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not use them without permission.
